Your registration is the beginning of that journey. Following registration, your practitioner profile may remain in Demo Mode while the applicable professional verification process is completed. During this period, where applicable, demo patient accounts and selected platform functionality allow you to familiarize yourself with the Reapian environment, explore the practitioner workspace and understand how the various services fit together. Once verification has been completed, your account can progress to the applicable verified practitioner experience.

We have prepared a Reapian Practitioner Onboarding & Welcome Guide to make getting started easier. The guide provides a concise overview of Reapian, the practitioner ecosystem, registration and verification, your practitioner workspace, the Global ONE Health Passport, and the opportunities available as the platform develops. It is designed as a practical reference that you can return to as you become familiar with the platform.

Accessing Member Health Profiles

To facilitate seamless access, each member's health profile is now linked to a unique QR code. We have introduced a convenient feature that allows you to access a member’s health profile by scanning a QR code. Each member’s device is equipped with a QR code-generating API that links directly to their Personal Identification Profile (PIP) code. Here’s how you can use this feature:

Steps to Access and Upload.
Using QR Codes for Easy Access.
​
1. QR GAI: Scan the QR Code for instant access to patient health data → Use your mobile device or QR code scanner to scan the QR code displayed on the member's device.
​
2. Enter the PIP Code: Once scanned, you will be prompted to enter the PIP code provided by the member into the Search Console within your Health Practitioner Profile section in your account.
3. Access Health Profile: After entering the PIP code, you will gain access to the member's comprehensive health profile and data, including their laboratory test results.
​
4. Access SkyLab Services: Book pathology laboratory tests seamlessly without friction. Laboratory testing is powered by AMPATH Laboratories to ensure accurate results and clinical governance.

This system will significantly streamline accessing and updating member health information, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of care you provide.
